When I first moved to Kansas City, a lady from my church started bringing by soup on Monday nights. They came in a cute little mason jar with just enough soup for one or two lunches. She said it was a fun way to share what she loves with others. I felt so stinkin' lucky to get to be one of those ladies! Soup night is something I look forward to every week. Michelle has a talent for well-balanced flavors and I love trying all the varieties of styles she makes. My family isn't super adventurous with flavors so this has been a real treat for me. Below are some of my favorite soups she's made! Who am I kidding, I haven't met one I didn't like yet!
