If you met me a year ago I would have told you I wasn't a fry person. I eat them. Sometimes even crave them, but give me a kid sized portion and I was good, for awhile. Then I met queso fries. Oh, boy am I a fry person now!
The original trash fries are queso fries on steroids! You can find them at Liberty BBQ in Round Rock, TX. If you are anywhere near there, just go get those. But if you can't go there, this little knockoff will satisfy your craving.
