Basic Crepes

Let's Get Started!
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
Mix wet ingredients together and then add dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
Heat griddle or frying pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil.
Pour 1/4 c. of batter per crepe. Use the bottom of the measuring scoop to spread the batter thin. Use a soft touch as not to tear. Can also just swirl around the pan to help it spread. Cook about 2 minutes on each side until lightly golden brown.
Serve with favorite toppings. We prefer sweetened strawberry slices and whipped cream.
