Chicken Croissant Sandwiches

THE QUICK WAY:

2 LARGE cans (12 oz) of canned chicken, drained

1 cup of ranch dressing (or 1 ranch packet + 1/2 c. of mayo)

1/2 c. grapes, halved

1/4. c. chopped celery

Mix together and serve on toasted bread, rolls or croissants.


THE WAY MOM MAKES THEM:

4 cups of cooked and cubed chicken (can use a rotisserie chicken)

2 stalks (to 3 Stalks) Celery, Chopped

3 whole Green Onions, Chopped

2 cups (to 3 Cups) Grapes, Halved

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/2 cup Half-and-half or Milk

1/2 tsp. dried dill

1 Tablespoon (to 2 Tablespoons) Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

Salt to taste (add some, mix it in, try a little, add more if needed)

Fresh Ground Black Pepper To Taste


Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve inside your favorite toasted bread, rolls or croissants. Lettuce optional, but yummy.
