Chive and Onion Roll Ups

When I need a quick and satisfying hit of protein or when I'm just not feeling bread (blasphemous, I know but it happens) - I make these little treats. Super quick. Super tasty and perfect for a rustic appetizer, quick snack or light lunch.

Ingredients:
3- 5 slices of smoked turkey or smoked ham (depending on size)
Chive and onion cream cheese
Green onion stems (1 for each roll)
Lay meat flat and spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the top. Place green onion stem on one side and roll-up. They're that easy!
You can cut off the excess stem if you'd like. You can also cut them into smaller bit sized pieces. I just leave them long and gobble them up!
