Chocolate Cake in a Mug (or Bowl)

Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
4 Tablespoons Sugar
4 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
Tiny Pinch Of Salt
3 Tablespoons Milk
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Splash Of Vanilla Extract
3 Tablespoons Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (or leave out and make frosting below)
Directions:
Into a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug (or cereal bowl), add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Stir with a fork.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla and stir until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips (or leave out if making frosting).
Use a damp paper towel to wipe excess off the sides of the mug.
Microwave for 90 seconds, then let the cake stand for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes before eating.
Serve with sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (or just eat it on it's own)!

Single Serving Frosting Recipe:
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 to 3/4 cup, powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 teaspoon milk
Melt butter in microwave-safe bowl. Add cocoa and use a fork to stir together until smooth. Add 1/2 c. of powdered sugar and vanilla and stir together. Taste. If too bitter, add 2 Tablespoons more of powdered sugar. If too thick, add one teaspoon of milk. Add more powdered sugar and/or milk, if needed, until your preferred taste and a smooth frosting texture.
