Creamy Ritz Chicken

Fast and easy prep for this main dish. Ready for the oven in about 5 minutes! Total cook time about 1 hour.

4-6 chicken breast (one per person)

Sauce:

1 tub of chive and onion cream cheese

8 oz. of sour cream

2 Tbps. of ranch dressing powder

1/2 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Topping:

1 package of ritz crackers, crumbled

1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Add frozen chicken to a 9x13 pan.
Mix together sauce (cream cheese, sour cream, ranch powder and mayo) in a bowl and spread over chicken.
Mix ritz and butter together to form a crumble
Sprinkle on top of each breast
Cover in tin foil and back for 35 minutes
Remove tin foil and back for an additional 15 mins.
Serve with broccoli, rice or mashed potatoes.
