Let's get started!
What you'll need: crockpot, frozen boneless-skinless chicken, BBQ sauce
You guys. Seriously. This is the easiest.
1 chicken breast per person eating
1 bottle of BBQ sauce (we like Sweet Baby Ray's original)
Plug in your crockpot and put on the low setting. Add frozen chicken. Pour BBQ sauce over it. Put on lid and let cook for 5-7 hours.
That's it!
Serve with rice and your favorite cooked veggie.
