Don't let the "dairy-free" scare you away on this one. It's still creamy and delicious! Perfect for anyone who's lactose intolerant or just wants a yummy smoothie packed with nutritious ingredients!
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 c. of unsweetened coconut milk (can also use 1 c. of water plus 1/4 c. plain coconut milk yogurt)
1 heaping cup of frozen strawberries
1 c. of fresh spinach
1/4 c. sliced banana (frozen if you have it)
2 Tbsp. sugar (or your preferred sugar free sweetener)
1/4 tsp lemon juice
Directions
In blender, add liquid first. Then remaining ingredients.
Blend until ultra smooth (so you don't see any spinach)
Color might look a little brown, that's okay. That's just how the spinach and strawberries blend - but it will be very tasty.
Enjoy immediately!
