Ingredients:
1 spice cake mix
1 small can pumpkin puree (15 oz.)
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1 – 12 oz bag of chocolate chips (I prefer mini)
Mix all but chocolate chips together with a wire whisk. Keep mixing until most of the cake mix powder balls have broken up and mixed in. Then add bag of chocolate chips. Use ice cream scoop or large scoop of dough with a regular spoon (about the size of a ping pong ball). Put on greased cookie sheet (or cookie sheet lined with tin foil or parchment paper).
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. They’re done when you can touch the top and it doesn’t leave an indent of your finger. If they’re still doughy, cook for at least 2 more minutes.
Happy Fall Y’all
