This was one of those odd dinners that was created because we needed to eat quickly and it was about time for a grocery trip so pickings were slim. I had some leftover tomato basil spaghetti sauce and some alfredo sauce and decided to see if I could fool my family into thinking it was tomato basil soup. It worked (except for Ali - who clearly knew it was just sauce) but everyone else happily dunked their grilled cheese in the soup and ate away!
This is a SUPER easy recipe. Great for college student, poor married couple and moms that just need an easy dinner. Enjoy!
Let's Get Started!
