Let's Get Started!
Ingredients:
1 - 2.5 to 3 lb. bag of boneless skinless chicken
1 onion, diced up
2 boxes of light cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon *(can sub water and bouillon with 1 cup chicken broth)
1 packet ranch powder dressing (optional) (approx. 2-3 Tbsp. of powder) - can sub with 1 1/2 c. of ranch dressing.
Cook in a crockpot on low for 5-6 hours. Shred chicken. If thick, thin out with milk until desired consistency.
Serve with rice and toppings.
