Let's Get Started

Ingredients:

16 oz sour cream

1 packet of taco bell seasoning - original

2 cups of your favorite guacamole (I like this recipe but storebought works too).

1 can frito lays hot bean dip (if you can't find this, replace with can of jalapeno refried beans)

1 15 oz. can refried beans

1 8oz bag finely shredded mild cheddar

3 green onions, chopped

1 roma tomato chopped

1 small can sliced olives

Directions

  1. In a separate bowl, mix together bean dip and refried beans. Spread on the bottom of a glass 9x13 casserole dish.

  2. Add your guacamole layer next. I find it's easiest to spread if you drop 4 big blobs of it at the four corners of the pan and 1 blob in the middle and then spread.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over the guacamole layer.

  4. Sprinkle the whole 8 oz bag of cheese on top.

  5. Garnish with green onions, tomatoes and olives.

  6. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with sturdy tortilla chips. Also delicious with Doritos in the taco flavoring or Salsa Verde flavor.

Enjoy!
