Ingredients:
Mrs. Dash Table seasoning – original
Lawry’s Season salt
margarine or butter
chicken tenderloins - defrosted
Turn griddle at 400 degrees (or frying pan to medium-high). Lay defrosted chicken on a plate. Season side facing up generous with Mrs. Dash seasoning. And lightly with the Lawry's season salt.
Melted a thin layer of margarine or butter over the entire pan/griddle. Add chicken (seasoned side down). And let cook for approximately 5 minutes. During those five minutes, season the plain side with Mrs. Dash and Lawry's.
Flip chicken and cook on the other side for 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat and put on a new, clean plate. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
