Heather's Orange Creamsicle Jello

This is a favorite holiday meal side in our house. I had some college roommates introduce me to it years and years ago and we just keep making it. Yummy!

Let's Get Started!

Ingredients

Cook together according to box:

1 large box cooked lemon pudding

3/4 c. sugar

1/2 c. water

3 egg yolks

Additional 2 1/2 c. water

Then add, and stir:

1 small box orange jello

1 c. water

Pour into 9x13 pan and cool in fridge for 4 hours. Then top with:

1 small tub of cool-whip

Mandrin orange wedges (patted dry, if canned) for decoration (optional)
