Buy 1 box of hidden valley ranch pasta salad kit
Cook pasta according to box. While pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce in a large bowl.
SAUCE: (Add to bowl and mix together).
Sauce packet from box
1/2 c. mayo
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
VEGETABLES: (if you don’t have these vegetables, add whatever you do have that tastes yummy with ranch)
1 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. red pepper chopped
2 Tbsp. red onion or green onion (if you don’t have, you can leave out)
MEAT:
1-2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up in to bite-sized pieces.
Add sauce, veggies and meat to bowl with sauce. Strain noodles and add to sauce/veggie bowl. Toss until all coated. Serve warm. Or refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve cold (my family prefers cold).
