Tuna Patties

Simple, quick and satisfying

Heat up the griddle to 400 degrees (or your frying pan to medium heat – #6 on numbered stoves) – make sure to spray it with cooking spray.


In mixing bowl combine:

  • 1 can tuna

  • 5 saltine crackers smashed finely

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp. of lemon pepper


Divide into four parts. Form one of the four parts into a ball. Smash flat. Put on hot griddle (or pan). Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve with lemon juice.
