Anne's Apple Cider Refresher

Who hasn't heard about the amazing health benefits of apple cider vinegar? My friend, Anne, sent me this recipe - it's one she takes when she's not feeling 100%
Give it a try and see if it helps you shake off that winter cold too!

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (unfiltered, the kind with the "mother" in it - the floaty scum at the bottom of the jar. Looks gross but it's important) 
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (fresh is best) 
- 1 Tbsp. Honey 
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon 
- 8 oz water 
Heater water in mug for 1 min and 30 seconds. Add other ingredients and stir. Garnish with a lemon slice if you're feeling fancy. Now go grab a blanket and watch a show on Netflix while you sip away!
