Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter (1 cube) 
- 2 eggs 
- 1 1/4 c. white sugar 
- 1/2 c. brown sugar 
- 1 tsp. vanilla 
- 1/3 c. Hershey’s special DARK cocoa 
- 2/3 c. flour 
- 1/4 tsp. baking POWDER 
- 1/4 tsp. salt 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 
- Melt butter in large microwave safe bowl for 45 seconds (that would be a plastic popcorn bowl, my kids). 
- Add white and brown sugars, vanilla and eggs. 
- Whisk together until combine. 
- Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. 
- Whisk together just until all the dry ingredients are wet (make sure there are no pockets of dry stuff at the bottom of the bowl. 
- Add to square 8x8 pan, that has been sprayed with cooking spray. 
- Bake for 25-30 mins (or until knife comes out clean)
