Ingredients:
1 bag of round tortilla chips (tostido brand hold up best)
1 can of fritos hot bean dip
1 pint of sour cream
1 package of kraft big slice - monterey pepper jack cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Pull out a cookie sheet and line with foil (for easy clean up).
Cut all cheese slices into fourths (four smaller, even rectangles), set aside.
Take one chip, spread on bean dip
Then spread on sour cream
Top with one of the smaller pieces of cheese (should cover all the toppings, okay if it hangs off)
Place on cookie sheet, and repeat until all cheese slices are gone.
Bake at 325 degrees until cheese melts.
Let cool for 2-5 minutes before eating (or you will burn your mouth... trust me, I know)
Go to the store and buy more ingredients because your family will definitely want more.
