My lovely college roommate, Heather, shared this recipe with me at our 25-year get-together. I feel like we always had a batch of cookies baking in our dorm and hers and Natalie's never disappointed. So if Heather says this is granola is good, I trust her. She recommends it in just milk or in yogurt. Either is yummy!
Let's Get Started!
Ingredients
4 c oats
2 c almonds/cashews/pecans/sunflower seeds/pumpkin seeds/chia/flax (whatever you want)
1/2 c unsweetened coconut
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c coconut oil
1/2 c raw honey
Directions
Mix all together and put on a cookie sheet.
Cook at 350 for 10 min then stir it up
Cook for another 10 min.
