I'm not a big fan of most coleslaws. They're a little bland or too sweet, but not this one. It's the perfect balance of sweet, creamy and sour. But simple enough you can pile it on your favorite BBQ sandwich. Yum!
Let's Get Started
Ingredients:
4 c. of shredded cabbage
2 tsp. minced onion
1 large carrot grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix mayo, sugar, salt, and vinegar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Set aside.
Shred cabbage, grate carrot and minced onion. Add to sauce bowl and toss.
