Ingredients:
2 packages of cream cheese, softened to room temperature.
1 container jalapeño cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 packet ranch dressing powder (3 Tbsp)
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. real bacon bits
1 Tbsp diced, jarred jalapeños
4 green onions, finely chopped
Garnish:
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. green onion stems, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. real bacon bits
Directions:
Chop green onions (set 1 Tbsp aside for garnish)
Blend cream cheeses, sour cream, 1/4 c. cheddar cheese and 1/4 c. bacon bits in large bowl with hand blender until smooth.
Add jalapeno and onions. Blend again.
Cover bowl and let chill for 1-hour.
Combine garnish in a bowl. Spread evenly over large piece of cling wrap.
Scoop chilled cheese ball onto garnish covered cling wrap and wad up into a ball.
Place back in fridge to chill until ready to serve.
Serve with Ritz crackers or baguette discs.
